In 2015 we invented Siemplify SOAR, automation for SOC because security teams were drowning and had no way to respond at the speed the problem demanded. Google acquired the company and gave us something rare - an opportunity to automate security operations at a scale most people never get to see and turn Chronicle, Mandiant and VirusTotal into automated solutions.

In Google, leading SecOps and Gemini SecOps, we put unlimited AI capability against the problem. We saw what worked and, more importantly, what didn’t. The tools got smarter. The operational model didn’t move. Security teams were still overwhelmed. The math didn’t work.
